In an effort to introduce and expose local students to a variety of career and occupational choices, our 8th graders took a field trip to Lake Land College for the annual Eighth Grade Career Conference. The conference provides participants the opportunity to explore a variety of career choices through direct contact with many local business professionals. More than 2,000 8th graders from local schools were expected to attend the conference.
