Congratulations to these athletes. Arcola brought home 2-gold,1-silver, 1-bronze and a fifth today at the Region I Special Olympics basketball skills competition today! Way to go team- I am proud of your hard work! The gold will advance to state in March.

Just a reminder: FRESHMAN ORIENTATION is on Wednesday, January 8th at 6:00 pm in the computer lab. ALL 8th grade students and a parent or guardian MUST attend. Bring your iPad, we will be registering for Freshman year.

📢 Attention Rider fans!! Friday night will be the first throwback basketball game when the Purple Riders take on the Tuscola Warriors. We will be honoring the 58 team in between the JV and Varsity games and both teams will be wearing retro uniforms. Wait, there’s more! The Arcola student who wears the best 50’s outfit will be rewarded $50 cash!! Come out and support the team and Go Riders!!

Both girls and boys will play tomorrow at 4pm. Each team will play for 3rd place.

Between our clubs, athletic teams, and staff, Arcola High School was able to present a check of $1570.00 to the Arcola Masonic Lodge to go towards Christmas Baskets for our community.
